Returns

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Please ensure that you check the product details, size, and specifications before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchange is only allowed in case of manufacturing defects.

Defects must meet International AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) Standards.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team 

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for eligibility.

Once inspected and approved, a replacement will be delivered at no extra cost within 15 days after your request.
